We offer digital books (e-books), physical books (hardcopies), and audio books. All formats are designed to inspire and empower you on your journey of faith.

Yes! All our books help women understand who they are in Christ and what they can achieve when they don't give up.

Purchasing & Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add books to your cart, and checkout. You'll need a free account to complete your purchase. We accept credit cards and debit cards through Paystack.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Paystack. All payments are processed securely—we never see or store your payment card details.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation. Digital and audio products are available immediately in your Dashboard. Physical books will ship with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

How are physical books shipped?

Physical books are shipped via postal service to your address. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically take 5-10 business days. International orders may take 10-21 business days. Exact times are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

What if my book doesn't arrive or arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately at info@relentlesswoman.org with your order number. We'll send a replacement or process a refund.

Digital & Audio Products

How do I access my digital book after purchase?

Log into your account and go to your Dashboard. All your digital books and audio books are in your bookshelf—no email needed!

Can I download my digital book?

Yes! You can download digital books to your device for offline reading. You have lifetime access to download and re-download as needed.

What devices can I use?

Digital books work on e-readers, tablets, smartphones, and computers. Audio books can be streamed or downloaded on any device.

What if my file is corrupted or won't open?

Contact us at info@relentlesswoman.org immediately. We'll provide a new file or work with you to find a solution.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a physical book?

Yes! Physical books can be returned within 7-14 days if unused and in original packaging. Contact us at info@relentlesswoman.org to start a return.

Can I get a refund for a digital book or audio book?

Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed. However, if you experience technical issues or have a corrupted file, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return or approve your request. The refund will appear in your account within 3-5 additional business days.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to purchase books?

Yes, a free account is required to make purchases. This gives you access to your Dashboard where all your digital books and audio books are stored.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
